Really liking Rhianna's new single at the moment, Only Girl (In The World). It is more like her old stuff, Umbrella, Shut up and Drive etc. More pop than urban/r and b. Plus, I love the lyrics. I think every girl wants to a man to make her feel like she is the only girl in the world, I know I do.
A couple of weeks ago, she performed at the X factor. As she sang, a food fight occurred behind her. It was hilarious. Also, she sang live.
There has been some controversy regarding Ms Cole who mimed her way through her performance. To be fair though, Cheryl Cole isn't the strongest singer in the world. I know I went on about how amazing she is, but no offence Cheryl you can't really sing that well. She is better in Girls Aloud.
What I also found funny though was Katy Perry sang live a few weeks before, Cheryl performed. Katy was a bit shaky, therefore criticized. But at least Katy sang live, she was sing about a Firework so was jumping about and dancing. And then there was dancers and fireworks going on all over the place. Good for Katy for trying. It shows she is human after all.
